Edgar Stone Masonry  /  For Realtors
Pre-listing & inspection repairs

Stone repairs on a closing’s schedule.

Steps, walks, walls and chimneys flagged on an inspection — priced fast, fixed right, and finished clean before the photographs or the closing.

For agents, sellers & buyers

Stone that’s holding up a closing.

Cracked steps, a leaning wall, a heaved walk — the items inspectors flag and buyers ask about. We price them fast and fix them right, before the listing or before closing.

01

Pre-listing

Front steps, walks and the first stone a buyer touches — reset, repointed or rebuilt before the photographs.

02

Inspection items

Send us the page of the report. We quote the repair, usually within a day, with a written scope for the file.

03

Before closing

Scheduled around the closing date and showings, finished clean, with a completion letter and a one-year warranty.

What we fix

The usual findings.

  • Steps — loose treads, uneven risers, missing or loose handrail anchors.
  • Walks & patios — heaved or rocking stone, open joints, water toward the house.
  • Retaining walls — leaning, bulging or cracked walls, and walls with no drainage.
  • Chimneys & veneer — loose stone, failed joints, cracked caps.
  • Pool coping — loose or cracked coping and failed expansion joints.

Questions

For agents.

How fast can you look at it?

Send the listing address, photos and the inspection page that mentions the stonework. We reply with a scope and a price, usually within a day, and schedule what the closing allows.

Do you do small repairs?

Yes — a loose step, a section of wall, a heaved walk. A small repair gets the same standard as a large commission, and a one-year warranty.

Can you work around showings?

Yes. We keep the site clean every evening and can phase work around open houses.

Who do we invoice — the seller or the buyer?

Whoever signs the proposal. We can provide a written scope and a completion letter for the file.
